Refund Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our products and customized nature of our services, refunds are strictly limited as outlined below.

1. Physical Products

General Policy: All sales of seeds, soil, and physical products are final.

Exceptions:

  • Damaged Items: If products arrive damaged, notify us within 48 hours with photographic evidence for replacement
  • Incorrect Shipments: We will replace items shipped in error if reported within 7 days

Shipping costs for returns are non-refundable.

2. Professional Services

General Policy: All gardening services (planting, plowing, mowing, seeding, watering) are non-refundable once rendered.

Satisfaction Guarantee: If unsatisfied with service quality:

  • Notify our team within 24 hours of service completion
  • We will dispatch a supervisor to evaluate
  • If deficiencies are verified, we will re-perform the service at no cost

3. Digital Products

All digital resources including e-books, guides, and online courses are non-refundable once accessed.

4. Order Cancellations

Products: May be cancelled within 24 hours of placement if not yet shipped. A 3% processing fee will apply.

Services:

  • 48+ hours before appointment: Full refund
  • 24-48 hours before: 50% refund
  • Less than 24 hours: No refund

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times vary by financial institution.

6. Dispute Resolution

All refund disputes must be submitted in writing to disputes@jalco.shop. We will respond with a resolution proposal within 15 business days.
